Ljubljana, 29 June - Slovenia is a relatively well-developed country that went through a successful transition. But to qualify among the best, the country now needs to undertake substantive measures in fields where it has the most trouble, the government Institute for Macroeconomic Analysis and Development (IMAD) said as it presented the Development Strategy for 2005-2013.
