Kramberger: Situation of Slovenian Minorities Not Improving

Ljubljana, 5 July - The main problem of the Slovenian minorities in Slovenia's neighbouring countries is that these have not met their obligations toward the minorities, the head of the parliamentary commission for Slovenians abroad Janez Kramberger told the press on Tuesday.
