Maribor, 6 July - There is a long way to go before a solution to risk equalisation schemes, a system that would justly distribute the money from supplementary health insurance premiums, has been found, Vecer observes as the government, trade unions and employers continue talks on the government-proposed changes to the health care and insurance act.
