Ljubljana, 8 July - The first effect of 9/11 was the conclusion of Americans that they were innocent. The people interpreted the attacks as non-provoked madness, an expression of abstract and perpetual evil. The second conclusion was that the whole world was attacked, not just America, Delo writes on Friday, hinting at possible consequences of yesterday's attacks in London.
