Ljubljana, 9 July - Lengthy negotiations on the amendments to the health care and insurance act finally concluded last week, with the trade unions being the more satisfied party. Meanwhile ruling coalition and opposition officials continued a heated debate on Slovenia's division to cohesion regions. UN sponsored consultations on violence and sexual exploitation of children were held in Ljubljana last week, with the "Ljubljana Commitments" adopted.
