Slovenia 7th Biggest EU Spender on Education

Ljubljana, 10 July - Total public expenditures for formal education (2001, 2002, 2003 estimate) reached slightly over 6% of GDP, according to the Statistical Office. That places Slovenia 7th regarding formal education and 8th regarding tertiary education expenditures in comparison with other EU countries.
