SLS and LDS Welcome Luxembourg "Yes", SNS Pessimistic

Ljubljana, 11 July - The coalition People's Party (SLS) and the opposition Liberal Democrats (LDS) have welcomed the Luxembourg referendum "yes" for the EU constitution, and stressed the process of ratification should continue. Meanwhile, the opposition National Party (SNS) maintains that despite yesterday's "yes" the constitution would not be implemented.
