Bovec, 11 July - Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning Janez Podobnik visited northwestern Slovenia on Monday, a year after the region was hit by a devastating earthquake. The minister and his associates unveiled a programme of reconstruction which is to conclude in 2008.
