Parliament Takes First Step to Abolish Anti-Corruption Commission

Ljubljana, 13 July - In a 44:23 vote, parliament endorsed at Wednesday's first reading the bill that would put an end to the country's independent anti-corruption agency. In the debate proceeding the vote today, the opposition National Party (SNS) sponsored bill was also backed by the government.
