Court: Public Servants Act Inconsistent with Constitution

Ljubljana, 15 July - The Constitutional Court has found parts of the disputed amendments to the public servants act inconsistent with the Constitution. The Court was asked to examine them by two opposition parties which believe the amendments encourage politically-motivated dismissals of top public servants.
