Ljubljana, 16 July - The Friday debate on the controversial public broadcaster bill was another exchange between the deaf, a leading national daily says in the Saturday editorial, suggesting that the opposition-sponsored referendum on the matter will be a big poll on public approval for the government elected almost a year ago.
