Maribor, 16 July - While rulings as a rule satisfy only one party in a dispute, the Constitutional Court seems to have made such a good ruling this time that both sides are happy, the government and the opposition, Vecer says in the Saturday commentary on the ruling concerning amendments to the public servants act.
