Dispute at Termo Finally Over

Škofja Loka, 19 July - The long-running dispute between the management of thermal insulation manufacturer Termo and the company's majority shareholder, Austria's Heraklith, is finally over. It was decided that Termo director Janez Dezelak will retire and become a member of the supervisory board, while Aljosa Krizman will become the new chairman.
