Panel Agrees Reform Is Needed, Mencinger Criticises Govt
Ljubljana, 20 July - The government wants to make the Slovenian economy more competitive, and has therefore set up a "committee for reform". "I think this is a good approach, and I expect the majority of proposed measures to be ready in the first half of 2006," Economics Minister Andrej Vizjak has told a TV panel on economic reform.
