Jansa Says EU Presidency to Cost EUR 60M; Balkans Among Priorities
Ljubljana, 29 July - Prime Minister Janez Jansa has said the EU presidency in the first half of 2008 will cost Slovenia up to 60 million euros. Presenting Slovenia's preparations for the presidency to the press on Friday in Ljubljana, Jansa said efforts to integrate the Western Balkans into the EU will likely be one of the main priorities of the country's stint as EU president.
