VRSIC - A traditional commemoration will be held at the Russian Chapel below the Vrsic mountain pass at 10 AM in memory of Russian prisoners of war who were killed in a snow slide in 1916 while building a road. The ceremony is to be attended by top Slovenian and Russian officials. (STA)
