New Slovenian Peace-Keepers Arrive in Afghanistan

Ljubljana/Kabul, 16 August - All members of a new contingent of the Slovenian Armed Forces have arrived in Herat, Afghanistan, and are ready to join the NATO-led ISAF peace-keeping mission, the Defence Ministry said in a press release Tuesday. The 39-member unit will be operative as of the end of August.
