Stock Exchange Fails to Gather Pace

Ljubljana, 20 August - The Ljubljana Stock Exchange was bearish this week, as mutual funds continued to gradually offload domestic stock and seek out more lucrative foreign securities, coupled with a shortage of good news from the listed companies. The turnover picked up somewhat, to SIT 9.53bn (EUR 39.8m), but mostly due to lively trading in bonds.
