OSCE Chairman Welcomes Conclusion of Albanian Election Process

Ljubljana, 1 September - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman, welcomed the conclusion of the election process in Albania, which was marked by the declaration on Thursday of final results by the Albanian Central Election Commission, the Foreign Ministry stated in a press release today.
