Steady Krka Takes SBI 20 Higher

Ljubljana, 3 September - Drug maker Krka is leading a tentative recovery on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, which seemed quite unfazed by news that the two biggest owners of retailer Mercator, the state-run KAD and SOD, were offloading their stakes to Mercator suppliers. The SBI 20 benchmark index added 39.87 points (0.88) percent this week, closing at 4,549.94.
