Ljubljana, 3 September - The footage of mostly black people of New Orleans in misery and violence has finally shattered the illusion about the easiness of the jazz-and-festival cities of the South. In a disaster that was predictable, New Orleans failed the test, Delo writes on Saturday, arguing that the chain of responsibility for the poor response leads right up to the White House.
