Peruvian President Fujimori's congratulates Milan Kučan

Ljubljana, 19 March - The President of the Republic of Peru Alberto Fujimori sent a letter to the President of the Slovenian Presidency Milan Kučan congratulating him on the acceptance of Slovenia by the international community as an independent and sovereign state, reports the Slovenian Foreign Ministry.
