Ljubljana, 6 September - Last week's sale of their 30% stake in Slovenia's largest retailer Mercator by the state-run funds not only constitutes a breach of the coalition agreement (Vecer) but might also cause a lawsuit, which would involve European institutions (Finance), press writes on Tuesday.
