CELJE/STORE - The government will visit the Savinjsko region, east, to meet mayors, MPs and business people. A news conference by PM Janez Jansa and Transport Minister Janez Bozic is scheduled for 4:15 PM. (STA)
CELJE - PM Janez Jansa is to open the 38th International Trade Fair at 11 AM. The country's biggest fair will host a record of 1,477 exhibitors from 29 countries. (STA)
LJUBLJANA - The state-run Restitution Fund (SOD) and Pension Fund Management (KAD) are to outline the terms of deals on the sale of their stakes in grocer Mercator to brewer Pivovarna Lasko and holding company Istrabenz. SOD is to hold a press conference at 11:30 AM, while KAD officials will speak to the press at 1 PM. (STA)
BRDO PRI KRANJU - A two-day conference on OSCE reform will get underway at 8:30 AM, with the opening address to be delivered by Slovenia's Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the acting OSCE chairman. (STA)

WARSAW, Poland - European Affairs State Secretary Marcel Koprol is to begin a three-day visit to Poland, where he will be taking part in the XV Economic Forum.
LJUBLJANA - New chairman of Slovenia's third-largest bank, Abanka, Ales Zajdela is to hold a press conference at 11 AM to outline his vision for the bank.
LJUBLJANA - Slovenian software company Hermes Softlab and Slovenian subsidiary of global computer giant Hewlett Packard are to hold a press conference at 1 PM to present the terms of a partnership contract between the companies.
LJUBLJANA - The organisers of the Golden Drum, Slovenia's largest advertising festival, are to present this year's event to the press at 12:15 PM.
