Business Reasons Behind Sale of Mercator, KAD Boss Says
Ljubljana, 7 September - The chairman of the Pension Management Fund (KAD) has said that the fund decided to sell its 16.33% stake in grocer Mercator to holding company Istrabenz for business reasons. Tomaz Toplak also told the press on Wednesday that the contract was perfectly legal.
