Zagreb/Ljubljana, 9 September - A Croatian company is seeking to annul a deal with which it sold its haulage arm to Slovenian logistics company Viator&Vektor. The supervisory board of Tvornica lakih metala (TLM) today tasked the management of the company to seek an amicable annulment of the deal with the Slovenian company.
