Ljubljana, 11 September - The supervisors of the state-run funds KAD and SOD gave all clear to the sell-off of their Mercator stakes to holding company Istrabenz and brewer Pivovarna Lasko respectively. The buyers revealed that they bought their stakes in the grocer Mercator for EUR 158,61 a share. Meanwhile, a Croatian company was seeking to annul a deal with which it sold its haulage arm to Slovenian logistics company Viator&Vektor, however, the Slovenian company rejected the call.
