KAD and SOD Refuse to Comment on Probe into Mercator Deal

Ljubljana, 12 September - The Pension Fund Management (KAD) and Restitution Fund (SOD) have refused to comment on news that the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) was checking the sale of their stakes in Mercator to Istrabenz and Pivovarna Lasko. At the same time, the state prosecution has confirmed that they have received charges in a "matter referring to KAD and SOD".
