Church Calls for Yes Vote on Broadcaster Bill

Ljubljana, 13 September - The highest body of the Catholic Church in Slovenia has called on voters to back the government-sponsored bill on the public broadcaster at the upcoming referendum. The Bishops' Conference (SSK) claims the legislation will provide a basis for a freer and more democratic public broadcaster.
