MPs Say Govt Should Be Free to Set Number of Cohesion Regions
Ljubljana, 14 September - The parliamentary committee for local government and regional policy on Wednesday endorsed the bill on balanced regional development which envisages the creation of cohesion regions. The MPs also added an amendment allowing the government to set the actual number of regions in a subsequent executive regulation.
