UN Summit Document "Disappointing", Rupel Says

New York, 15 September - Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, who is attending the UN summit in New York, told the press that the final outcome document, to be signed by UN member states leaders on Friday, was a "certain disappointment" in that it was too general.
