Croatian, Slovenian FMs at Odds Over Construction on the Border

Ljubljana, 15 September - Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel and his Croatian counterpart Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic have come at odds over what Grabar-Kitarovic claims are illegal construction works carried out by Slovenians on the southern bank of the Dragonja river.
