Ljubljana, 19 September - Below is a schedule of events for Tuesday, 20 September:

NEW YORK, the US - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman-in-office, is to take part in a meeting of the OSCE and EU troikas. He is also to attend a meeting of EU foreign ministers with US State Secretary Condoleezza Rice.

BRUSSELS, Belgium - The conclusion of a two-day meeting of EU agriculture ministers, attended by Slovenia's Marija Lukacic, which is examining the proposed sugar reform in the Union.

LJUBLJANA - Grega Repovz, the president of the Journalists' Association of Slovenia, and a trade union representative from the Italian public broadcaster RAI are to talk to the press at 1 PM about the referendum on the RTV Slovenija act. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - Polls will open for early voting in the referendum on the government-sponsored public broadcaster act. Early voting will last for three days.

COPENHAGEN, Denmark - Transport Minister Janez Bozic is to wrap up his visit to Denmark.

LJUBLJANA - The start of the 12th annual stock market conference dubbed the Stock Market Focus. Debates on empowering small shareholders and the future of Slovenian tax legislation are scheduled; starts at 2:45 PM. (STA)

ROGASKA SLATINA - The Public Entrepreneurship and Foreign Investment Agency is to stage a two-day round table on the financing of small and medium-sized companies, with focus on investing in countries of the Stability Pact for SE Europe; at 10 AM.

MOKRICE - The start of a conference of European associations of polymer industries, organised by the Slovenian trade association Plasttehnika and the Croatian Chamber of Commerce; starts at 9 AM.

MARIBOR - A press conference is to be held at 11 AM at the start of an Interreg IIIA project dubbed "Euroregion Northeast Slovenia - Austrian Styria."

LJUBLJANA - Western Wireless International, the owner of mobile brand Vega, is to hold a press conference at 1 PM to present what they have dubbed as a "crucial business decision."

MARIBOR - The main ceremony marking the 30th anniversary of the University of Maribor is to get underway at 7:30 PM. President Janez Drnovsek and Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology Jure Zupan are among the invited guests.

MARIBOR - The programme of this year's Borstnik Meeting, the largest theatre festival in Slovenia, is to be presented at noon.

PORTOROZ - The second day of competition at the Slovenian Open, the first ever WTA tournament in the country. (STA)
