Istrabenz and Lasko Disclose Terms of Mercator Deal
Ljubljana, 20 September - Brewer Pivovarna Lasko and holding Istrabenz will finish paying for their acquisition of around 30% of grocer Mercator from the state-run Restitution Fund (SOD) and Pension Fund Management (KAD) by September 2009.
