EU and OSCE Troikas Seek to Improve Cooperation

New York, 20 September - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, the OSCE chairman, took part in a meeting of the EU and OSCE troikas on the sidelines of the UN general Assembly on Tuesday, with talks focusing on ways of boosting ties between the 55-member OSCE and the Union.
