Austrian Company Publishes Takeover Bid for Saturnus
Ljubljana, 21 September - Vogel&Noot Verpackungstechnik has notified Saturnus Embalaza of its plan to buy 74.3% of its shares in a takeover which would make the Austrian company the sole owner of the Ljubljana-based packaging maker, Saturnus Embalaza said in a press release Wednesday.
