Little Progress towards Agreement on EU Spending Plan, Official Says

Ljubljana, 23 September - There is a common view in the European Union that an agreement on the bloc's 2007-2013 spending plan should be reached as soon as possible, hopefully by the end of the year, the head of the Government Office for European Affairs has said.
