Gaspari Believes Unpredictable Oil Prices Pose High Risk

Washington, 25 September - The governor of Slovenia's central bank Mitja Gaspari, participating at the annual session of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank (WB), estimated Sunday it is difficult to change the international financial institutions, although the richest countries are trying to find a solution for heavily indebted nations.
