EU Spending Plan Tops Koprol's Talks in Strasbourg

Strasbourg, 27 September - The adoption of the EU spending plan for 2007-2013 topped talks held by Marcel Koprol, the head of the Government Office for European Affairs, with Dutch European Affairs Minister Azt Nicolai and the chair of the European Parliament's foreign affairs committee Elmar Brok in Strasbourg on Tuesday.
