OSCE Chair Hails Work of Russian Diplomats for OSCE

Moscow, 17 October - The OSCE chairman, Slovenia's FM Dimitrij Rupel praised the contribution of Russian diplomats to the 30-year Helsinki process as invaluable. He moreover wrote for a Russian daily that it would be impossible to imagine that the OSCE could function successfully without Russia.
