Rupel and Yushchenko Examine Future of Transdniester

Kyiv, 19 October - OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has met Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko for talks dedicated to the future of the breakaway Transdniester province. According to Rupel, the pair agreed that there is little possibility that the OSCE could monitor elections planned in Transdniester in December.
