Press on President Drnovsek's Kosovo Talks Proposal

Ljubljana, 22 October - Slovenia's leading dailies comment Saturday on the statement by President Janez Drnovsek that independence was the only realistic option for Kosovo, which was received coldly by authorities in Serbia. While Delo sees nothing wrong with that, Dnevnik is unhappy that Drnovsek attached to the statement the invitation that the Kosovo status talks be held in Slovenia.
