The ski resort of Vogel, located just above lake Bohinj, is planning EUR 8.5 million worth of investments next year, with EUR 6.4 million coming from EU funds. A new panoramic cable car will be built, as well as a bike park and an archaeological hiking trail.

Minister for Slovenians Abroad Matej Arčon promised more funds for the Slovenian community in Italy, as he attended a cross-border meeting of Slovenians from the Soča Valley and the Italian Udine region on Saturday.
