LJUBLJANA - The first delegations of participating countries attending the 5 and 6 December OSCE ministerial will start arriving in Ljubljana. The preparatory committee and the OSCE Permanent Council are to hold meetings to iron out the wordings of the documents to be adopted by the foreign ministers.

ZEMUN, Serbia-Montenegro - Slovenia's leading grocer Mercator is to open a major new shopping centre at noon. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - Preseren Day, marking the birth of Slovenia's most famous poet France Preseren (1800-1849), is to be celebrated throughout Slovenia. Admission to all exhibitions and cultural events in the country will be free of charge.
