PM Robert Golob visited the Slovenian House in Paris on Friday before the Slovenian hub during the 2024 Summer Olympics in opened on Saturday. He believes it will be a source of pride for all while being proudly presented to foreigners from all over the world, to athletes and non-athletes, and to all interested in it.

The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has issued fines to seven football associations, including Slovenia's, over inappropriate fan conduct at Euro 2024. The Slovenian Football Association (NZS) will have to pay EUR 30,000 for discriminatory behaviour of fans at three matches, UEFA said on Wednesday.

Prime Minister Robert Golob will be in Paris between Thursday and Saturday to attend the opening ceremonies for the Summer Olympic Games at the invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron. Slovenian President Nataša Pirc Musar is visiting Paris for the Games as well.

Cycling star Primož Roglič, who was forced to withdraw from the Tour de France after a crash in the 12th stage, revealed on social media last night that his injury was spinal fracture. The 34-year-old said on Instagram he was slowly getting back on the bike.
