SNS Insists on Trial Period for Judges

Ljubljana, 2 December - The National Party (SNS) continues to push for changes to the Constitution that would abolish permanent judicial tenure. The party on Friday unveiled a watered-down version under which judges would have to undergo an eight-year trial period before permanent tenure.
