Schedule of Events for Sunday, 4 December

LJUBLJANA - Russian FM Sergey Lavrov is to pay a working visit to Slovenia on the eve of the OSCE ministerial. As well as holding talks with OSCE chair and Slovenian FM Dimitrij Rupel (3:40 PM), Lavrov is to meet President Janez Drnovsek (7:30 PM) and PM Janez Jansa (4:50 PM). The two FMs are to hold a news conference at 5:25 PM. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - The OSCE troika - the foreign ministers of Slovenia, Bulgaria and Belgium - are to hold separate meetings with OSCE's Asian partners (6 PM) and Mediterranean partners (7 PM) a day ahead of the launch of a two-day OSCE ministerial. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - South Korea FM Ban Ki-Moon is to pay an official visit to Slovenia before he attends the OSCE ministerial. After meeting his host, Slovenian FM Dimitrij Rupel, the incumbent OSCE chairman, the two ministers are to give a news conference at 11:45 AM. (STA)

PIRAN - The 8th Festival of Slovenian Film is to close with a ceremony where Vesna Awards will be given out to the best of the 18 short, feature and documentary films competing for awards. The event begins at 4 PM. (STA)

PODGORICA, Serbia-Montenegro - Education and Sports Minister Milan Zver is to visit Montenegro to meet his counterpart Slobodan Backovic. He is to conclude the visit on Monday.
