Expert Labels British EU Budget Proposal "Old News"

Ljubljana, 6 December - The new EU budget proposal for the 2007-2013 period, unveiled by the British presidency on Monday, is very similar to the Luxembourg proposal, which failed to be passed six months ago, financial expert Mojmir Mrak told STA on Tuesday.
