EU Science Commissioner Criticises Proposed EU Spending Plan

Brussels, 6 December - The British EU budget proposal for the 2007-2013 period does not answer the crucial issues the EU faces in the beginning of the 21st century, EU Commissioner for Science and Research Janez Potocnik told STA on Tuesday.
