EU Budget Deal Still Possible Despite Need for Changes, Koprol Says

Brussels, 7 December - The chances that a deal on the 2007-2013 EU spending plan is reached at the EU summit that will be held on 15 and 16 December are better than even, a Slovenian official said on the margins of an emergency EU meeting on the budget.
